Pharma Aesthetics Academy Ltd Terms & Conditions for courses

  1. To enrol in a course, students are required to pay a 50% deposit which will be deducted from the total course fee.
  2. Upon the confirmation of this enrolment, the applicant is liable to pay the balance of the total fee for the course.
  3. If you decide not to complete the course for any reason you will still be liable to pay the fees outstanding
  4. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  5. If you cancel your enrolment less than 30 days prior to the start date, no monies will be refunded.
  6. In the event of a student failing to attend the confirmed course, or complete the course for any following reasons: personal problems, illness, change of mind, relocation, pregnancy, illness or death in the family, change in personal circumstances, failure to obtain a visa or a loan, no refunds or fees or deposits will be made, no entitlement to a later-date course will be granted and the student will be liable for the outstanding course fee.
  7. Fees can be paid in full, at the time of enrolment.
  8. Fees can also be paid by Instalment Options, subject to the school’s approval
  9. All students who wish to pay off the course fee by instalment Options, are in agreement with the school to make all payments by either direct debit on pre-set dates. Late or non-payment may result in your removal from the Instalment Option and you will be liable for the remainder of your Course fees in 10 working days. The direct debit must be set up minimum 10 working days before the course starting date. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement Instalment option and the full course fee is due before the course starting date instead.
  10. If you do not pay your Course fees in accordance with the agreed payment Terms, we reserve the right to withdraw any offer, cancel your accepted place on your Course, exclude you from any relevant assessment or reassessment results and materials for your Course.
  11. Students may be required to practice on other students unless models are required for the practical assessment.
  12. Any medical conditions or learning difficulties must be specified by the student prior to the course enrolment in written form, i.e. contra-indication to having a treatment performed, in this incident the student will be required to bring her own model to practice on.
  13. As part of The Code of Practice, students must be well presented at all times. All students will be required to wear the appropriate clothing for every lesson. This includes hair tied back and away from the face, no jewellery, all piercings removed for health & safety purposes. Personal hygiene should be adhered to, fingernails should be cut short, smart closed flat black shoes or trainers, sports shoes.
  14. Students are required to behave in a professional and respectful manner towards peers and staff, failure to do so will result in being removed from the course and any outstanding fees to be paid.
  15. Pharma Aesthetics Academy Ltd has to cancel a course date which will be beyond our control, then we will try to give at least 24 hours’ notice and rearrange another course date. We cannot be responsible for any loss of travel or accommodation in the event of a cancellation.
  16. Pharma Aesthetics Academy Ltd reserves the right to alter any course dates and reschedule them but will endeavour to give at least 48 hours’ notice.
  17. These conditions form the main part of the contract between the Academy and the Student. Only the Academy’s managing director shall be authorised to alter or waive any of the terms and conditions.
  18. We recommend that you find out as much as possible about a course before enrolling. This may be achieved by communicating with our Enrolments Team (by telephone, letter, fax or email) or by having an informal ‘interview’. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have received satisfactory information.

A candidate is accepted for enrolment on and subject to the conditions that the candidate will attend on the date (the commencement date) and at the time specified in the confirmation letter which will be sent to the candidate upon receipt of the completed application form together with the correct deposit.
